TRAINING #9:
SCRIPTS

These scripts are for your TOP 10 People on your list to show the amazing benefits of Kangen water and the opportunity.

You want to connect with the people you care about the most so you need to be happy and energetic to transfer your excitement by sharing your story that you have already created.

To connect with them, ask them how them and their families are doing in these tough times. How is their family’s health situation? How is their income situation? You want to build a relationship with this person before mentioning anything about your business/water. Especially if you have not spoken to this person for a long time, make sure to catch up with them first.

After they share with you what is going on with them, it is your turn to share. This is where you would share your story and how this water and business has helped you during this time.

BE EXCITED. BE CONFIDENT.

It might be for them or it might not be (make sure to tell them that). The only thing that matters is your mission to transfer how confident you are in this product and opportunity.

“When is a good time to show you more about it? Would you like to meet in person or over zoom? I have availability on ____ at ___am/pm. Would that work for you?”

You always want to give them two different times you are available to choose from instead of leaving it up to them. This way you are leading the conversation and can follow up with them accordingly.

In your appointment with them, sit together live or on zoom and watch a demonstration of the water with them. After they see the demo, you invite them to come hear the live testimonials of our team on Zoom.

Team Testimonial Calls:

Sundays at 11am - Farsi

Mondays at 7pm - English

Make sure to confirm with them the day before and the day of the call again. When confirming, be in a hurry! Send them the correct links so they know where to be at what time.

Also, you must follow up with this person the day after they see a testimonial call.

“What did you like best about what you saw? What questions do you have?”

Make sure to send them information regarding the questions they had or have an expert answer it for them.

At this point your job is just to lead them to another exposure. Remember, everyone needs from 5-8 exposures to close. You can lead them to a three-way call with an expert, live demo, video, website, Telegram group, Enagic website, connect to other testimonials, etc. Keep following up with your guest and leading to next exposure until they are ready to close.

 Sample Conversation Starters:

“I’m excited I just started drinking a new water that is absolutely changing my life. It has helped my…. It has helped my mom’s….. My children…. And it is saving me thousands of dollars. You need to try this. I would love to show you and educate you about it. When would be a good time? I only have time on ___, would you want morning or afternoon?”

“What kind of water do you drink? If I could show you that the liquids you’re drinking are acidic and over a period of time could make you sick, would you want to see it? What time can we talk later? Would you like us to meet in person or on zoom?”

“ Do you or anybody you know drink or use water at least occasionally? What kind of water do you drink/use? What if I told you that THAT water could be doing more harm than good and I could show you. Would you be interested in seeing what I’m talking about FREE OF CHARGE? Let’s not waste time 0 lets set a day and time right now!”

“I’m excited. I just got in on the ground floor of an opportunity that generates over 25 billion dollars in revenue. You need to see this! I’m working with an individual that is leading the National expansion for this company. I told her about you and she wants to speak with you. She is very busy but she said she is available on ___________ or ____________ evening at 8pm, which time would be best for you?”

“I know you workout and take care of yourself. I’ve seen you at the gym and noticed you are always drinking bottled water. I recently learned some scary things about the tap water and bottled water we are all drinking. I didn’t know how dangerous some of them could be. Not just the water but the plastic from the bottles. You need to see what I’ve seen I’m working with an expert in this area…….

“I was introduced to an incredible business opportunity and would like to run it by you to get your opinion.: I am working directly with an individual that  is leading the National expansion for this company. They are doing some incredible things and I told them about you and they would like to speak with you. They are extremely busy, but said they are available ________ or _____ at 9pm. Which time would be best for you?

Leave it at that. You’re not asking, you’re telling! Under no circumstances at this stage or your business should you try and explain the business. You will fail! Peak and Pass to the expert!

If they ask you questions, tell them you will explain on the call later that evening. If they press for an answer, excuse yourself with any of the following responses:

·      I don’t have time to get into that right now, my partner will explain on the call.

·      This is not the time or the place; my partner will explain on the call

·      Trust me and take the phone call; my partner will explain on the call.

After that conversation, provide the expert with some key background information about the person they will be talking with and confirm the date and time for the 3-way call. Take this time to write down how your up-line expert would like to be introduced to your prospect. We call that the edification process. This simply means when introducing your up-line expert you will highlight their accomplishments and what makes them so unique. This will command a greater respect from your prospect and really open their minds.

 EDIFICATION:

When the scheduled time comes, call the prospect and edify (properly introduce) your up-line expert and turn the call completely over to him/her. Take notes and never ever interrupt the expert! To interrupt is to de-edify your support line (up-line). You have already alerted your prospect as to who they are having the opportunity to hear from, allow them to work on your behalf.

The introduction might sound something like this to create a positive impression on your guest:

“Hi Rebecca, I want to introduce you to my partner Mr. Jones. I have told them about you. Rebecca, as I told you Mr. Jones is extremely busy. He is one of the best leaders and is also very kind and fun. He helps everyone and is a family man that is extremely respected in our community. Mr. Jones is very educated about the science behind this water and is an expert at teaching others how to make money / what it takes to be successful in this business. Allow me to introduce you to Mr. Jones.

(You must stay quiet after this. DO NOT under any circumstance interrupt the expert)

It is equally important to provide key points to your up-line expert about your guest.

·      Health

·      Wealth

·      Family/Marital status

·      Occupation

·      Personality

Remember, you can always ask two questions in order to personalize the presentations and calls:

·      What are your health goals?

·      What are your financial goals?

When you ask anyone these questions, you allow them to tell you about themselves and when you learn more about them you can personalize the information they hear and make sure you and your up-line can help them with what they need. Make sure to lead them to another exposure including testimonial calls mentioned above.
